LE FABRE's return policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly. We offer a Cash On Delivery (COD) option, allowing you to inspect the product's quality and other aspects in the presence of the delivery person. If you are unsatisfied with the product's quality, you are not obligated to accept it. Return it to the delivery person. However, once the product is received, claims regarding damage or insufficient quantity will not be accepted, as the opportunity to look over these aspects is provided upon delivery. 

Note: Please keep in mind that to confirm any order, the delivery charge must be paid in advance, and this charge is non-refundable.
