Refund policy
LE FABRE is a highly dedicated e-commerce platform in Bangladesh, ensuring your experience with us is always risk-free. Note: Please check the product in front of the delivery man ( no complaints will be accepted after the delivery man leaves your place as we check our product before packaging ) & if you have any issues with size and the issue is from our end then we will refund it immediately
To request a refund, leave a message on our official Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/lefabreclothing.shop or visit our website LeFabre and click the messenger icon. Please don't worry- your refund will be processed within 24 hours of your claim.
For Online:
*Customer has to check ordered products (Color, size, quantity and quality) in front of the delivery agent after that no complaint will be accepted.
*Customer has to return the Product to the delivery agent instantly if the product has any issue, No charge will be applicable for return.
*Replacement, Return or Refund will be applicable if the Customer raises any issue in front of delivery agent while receiving order.
*If Customer failed to check while receiving product then have replaced unworn and unaltered garments within 15 days of purchase from any of our Outlets and online.
*For Outside Dhaka City, If Customer failed to check while receiving product, he/she has to return the item by Courier (Example: Sundarban).
* Products on discount or promotional offer, lingerie, masks, shocks, lungi and PPE are not exchangeable.
* Customer must preserve original invoice, tags carefully to avail replacement.
* The exchange garments value must be equal or more than that of original invoice.
* We reserve all rights to determine whether the goods have been altered, used or damaged.
Refund Policy for Online:
* If we are not able to deliver.
* If we deliver different Products without informing the customer.
* If the customer receives damaged product.
*According to Digital Policy 2021 of the Government we will refund within 7-10 days.
* Refund is applicable for online orders only.
For Outlet:
* Customer may replace unworn and unaltered garments within 15 days of purchase from any of our Outlets.
* Customer must preserve original invoice, tags carefully to avail replacement.
* The exchange garments value must be equal or more than that of original invoice.
* Products on discount or promotional offer, lingerie, masks and PPE are not exchangeable.
* We reserve all rights to determine whether the goods have been altered, used or damaged.
* We don’t have return or refund option.
And for your kind information, Customer can replace the product one time only. Thank you.
What qualifies as a replacement? Any product would qualify as a replacement if it meets any of the following conditions:
Wrong product, size or color.
Damaged product.
Product lost in shipment.
Products with major quality defects.
